No one likes to feel self-conscious when out in public, whether it's worrying about your complexion, your body odor, your adorable little sweeties or even your appetite! This post is going to share a safe, effective and natural way to help you manage your stress.
To help manage the sweeties in crowded stores at the start
of a holiday weekend or at a children’s museum on a free day or at a restaurant
during peak dinner hours - I roll on my Stress Away Essential Oil & take
some deep breaths. I love the smell! I try to remind myself to stay calm &
even though the stores sometimes take way longer than if I was alone or things
go a bit haywire, family time in public is much more enjoyable!
I have a small 5ml bottle with a roller filament on top that I can carry with me wherever I go and now I have a larger 15ml bottle that can stay at home! Stress Away EO is always close at hand! Give it a try! It is well worth it!
Stress Away is a blend of six different essential oils. Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea and Lavender essential oils constitute Stress Away which together can help induce relaxation and reduce occasional nervous tension and it smells amazing when all mixed together.
